- 4/10/19 - This is a very nice and all original Springfield Armory M1 Garand from June of 1944. The original metal finish rates at about 90-95% with most of the thinning on the barrel but a very nice receiver. The stock is very nice with minor nicks and dings but no major chips or cracks. Sharp crossed cannons cartouche and clear inspector cartouche on stock (SA over GAW). Barrel is 6-44 dated.
